The taste experience at the Calepina Alpine Suite starts from early morning, with a special breakfast to start the day in the best possible way, savouring Trentino flavours and tradition; whether the buffet is served on the terrace or in the dining room, you will get up accompanied by the good scent of fresh bread, the aroma of tea and coffee and the fragrances of freshly baked cakes, lovingly prepared by Marika, the B&B’s owner. On request, breakfast can be served directly in your room and, no matter what you choose, your senses will be awakened to live more fully the whole day that awaits you.

At Calepina, we are sensitive to the origin and seasonality of the products we serve for breakfast.
Ours is a selection of local and seasonal products such as organic jams, honey from local beekeepers, tasty cured meats from the historic family business, cheeses, milk and butter. Of course, there is no shortage of fresh eggs, fragrant croissants to taste sweet or savoury, juices and fresh fruit.

A passion for cakes born by watching Granny and refined thanks to the teachings of great pastry chefs. This is how, at Calepina, you can find a pastry shop where the aesthetics of the dessert is as important as the search for quality raw ingredients: from chocolate, to fruit and the farmer’s eggs. Plum cakes, muffins, mignon cakes, modern and traditional cakes and unique tiramisu await you.

An afternoon aperitif

Upon reservation, you can reserve the terrace to enjoy a personalised snack or aperitif, and to taste carefully selected typical local products. Homemade desserts and cakes, cold cuts from the Troier family business, fine Trentino wines and many other delicacies served according to the season.
