Terms and Conditions

Our prices are intended for rooms, with breakfast included:

• Free stay for children aged 0 to 2 years, if they sleep in the double bed
• Possibility of requesting a cot at a cost of 10 euros
• Children aged 3 to 10 pay 35 euros per night
• Daily cleaning included
• Discounted paid parking 350 m away, on Piazza Fiera
• € 1.50 tourist tax per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 14 are exempt)

PAYMENT:

• 50% deposit by bank transfer or credit card using Pay by Link (within 24 hours you will be sent a link to make a secure payment of the deposit using Pay by Link by NEXI) upon booking confirmation
• Advance payment by bank transfer or at check-in, by credit card or POS

CANCELLATION:

• Free cancellation within one month of arrival
• Deposit is forfeited 30 to 0 days before arrival

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• Check-in: in the morning from 10.30 am to 12 am and in the afternoon from 17 pm to 19 pm. Please indicate your preferred time.
• Check-out until 10.30 am
• Pets are not allowed
• Breakfast in the room upon advance request
• Breakfast for guests with food intolerances upon advance request
• Our B&B is located in a limited traffic area (ZTL), so we advise to go directly to parking and reach us on foot.

DISCOUNTED PAID PARKING:

The discounted parking is located 350m from us, at a cost of € 20 per 24h and doesn't require a reservation. Attention DO NOT use the Telepass entrance but collect the ticket.
