Terms and Conditions
Our prices are intended for rooms, with breakfast included:
- Free stay for children aged 0 to 2 years, if they sleep in the double bed
- Possibility of requesting a cot at a cost of 10 euros
- Children aged 3 to 10 pay 50 euros per night
- Daily cleaning included
- Discounted paid parking 200 m away, on Piazza Fiera
- € 1.50 tourist tax per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 14 are exempt)
PAYMENT:
- 50% deposit by credit card using Pay by Link (within 24 hours you will be sent a link to make a secure payment of the deposit using Pay by Link by NEXI) upon booking confirmation or bank transfer
- The balance will be paid upon check-in
CANCELLATION:
- In case of cancellation made within 20 days of the arrival date, the deposit will be returned in the form of a voucher to be used for a future stay with a validity of 6 months (not usable on holidays and in the month off December);
- With notice less than 20 days the deposit (equal to 50% of the stay) will be retained;
- Early departure and no-show will be charged 100% of the stay
CHECK-IN:
- Reception: Available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM or from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please let us know your expected arrival time.
- Online (recommended): Ideal if you arrive outside of these hours. Online check-in is required for all participants (including children) so you can receive all the instructions for independent access to the facility. Please also let us know your expected arrival time.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Check-out until 10.30 am
- Late check-out until 6pm upon request and availability, at a cost of € 50 per room
- Pets are not allowed
- Breakfast from 8am to 10am. Early breakfast at 7.30am on advance request
- Breakfast for guests with food intolerances upon advance request
- Our B&B is located in a limited traffic area (ZTL), so we advise to go directly to parking and reach us on foot.
DISCOUNTED PAID PARKING:
The property is located at Via Calepina 12, in the historic center, within the 24/7 restricted traffic zone (ZTL), where cars are not permitted. We recommend parking before your arrival to avoid fines, for which the property assumes no responsibility.
The parking lot is located in Piazza Fiera, just 200 meters away.
No reservation is required.
